We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is highly proactive, technically proficient, and customer-obsessed. This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve success with Luxonis products, deepen their relationship with our company and convert to long-term product advocates.

Requirements

- Background in AI, robotics, or computer vision (preferred).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve customer challenges efficiently.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with customers and internal teams.
- Proactively identify and solve customer roadblocks before they escalate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Act as a resource to guide new customers through the initial process to ensure that customers are able to successfully set up, test and get the most out of our cameras.
- Act as the direct, primary point of contact for key customers for their day to day and technical needs, ensuring ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Help to develop and deliver training materials, including webinars, documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Nice to Have

- Experience developing applications with Luxonis productsPrior experience in a customer-facing technical support or solutions engineering role.
- Familiarity with Embedded Systems & Hardware – Understanding of how hardware (like Luxonis' depth cameras) interacts with software for better troubleshooting and support.
- Experience in Robotics, Automation, or IoT – Bonus if the candidate has worked with robotic systems, automation frameworks, or IoT solutions that use AI/ML.
